Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Express shipping (2–3 business days) and Overnight shipping (1 business day) are also available at checkout. Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday–Friday are processed the same day.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for $6.99. Free shipping applies to domestic US orders only.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking to update.

Absolutely! We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Email [email protected] with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We'll guide you through the process. Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your returned item.
We accept all major payment methods through PayPal, including PayPal balance, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card information.
Each product page includes a detailed Size Chart with measurements in both inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring your chest, waist, and hips before selecting a size. When in doubt, size up — our coastal styles are designed with a comfortable, relaxed fit. You can also email us for personalized sizing advice.
Currently, we ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We're working on expanding to international shipping. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
We're sorry if this happens! Please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required for defective items.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.
