Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags still attached
- In original packaging (when possible)
- Not marked as a final sale item
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items with removed tags or without original packaging
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to start your return:
- Email [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request – [Your Order Number]"
- Include your name, order number, and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address
- Pack items securely and ship using a trackable shipping method
- Email us the tracking number once shipped
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. We cover return shipping for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange:

- We'll confirm availability and send exchange instructions
- Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your returned item
Refund Process & Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:
- Send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your return
- Process your refund within 3–5 business days of inspection
- Issue the refund to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund (typically 3–10 business days depending on your financial institution).
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product was shipped, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

- Include photos of the defect or wrong item
- We will send a prepaid return shipping label
- You'll receive a full replacement or refund at no cost to you
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After 2 hours, your order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled. If the order has already shipped, you can return it using our return process above.
