This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through meta-mun Store, operated by COASTLINE CLOTHING & COMPANY, LLC. We are committed to delivering your order promptly and keeping you informed every step of the way.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends are processed the following business day.
During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), processing times may increase by 1–2 business days. You'll be notified if there's a delay.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Your tracking number
- The carrier handling your shipment
- A link to track your package in real time
- Estimated delivery date
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
International Shipping
At this time, meta-mun Store ships within the United States only. We are working on expanding to international destinations. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping launches.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. meta-mun Store is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can update the address if the order has not yet been picked up by the carrier.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please:
- Check the tracking information for current status
- Check with neighbors or your building's mailroom
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Email us at [email protected] if you still cannot locate your package
We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement or refund.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and items immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
